Ensuring a culture fit to your team

Establishing the right culture fit is critical to any hire.  With a multi-stage interview process, all candidates are screened for skill-set, culture and values.  If required, psychometric testing is an additional tool that can be used to ascertain culture with questions compiled around candidate responses.

A partial search or market mapping exercise builds an external talent pool to benchmark internal talent or future-proof your organisation. Ongoing relationships with potential hires can be managed over an extended time.
